Spring 2018

starting our 13rd season (good luck), we are closing on wednesdays, but are open every other day 7.30am to 2.00 pm, saturday 7.30am to 4.00pm. On thursday evening we are starting a tapas night from, 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm offering vegan tapas (small plates, wines & brews). We are hoping to offer this through out the summer season.

 In the woods the ramps are out, we are using them for our quiches and soups. Soon "hidden acres farm" will be harvesting mixed greens, and we are really looking forward to this, but now we actually are able to use  shallots (quiches & soups), potatoes (soup and crustless quiches) and aronia Berries (smoothies). Fresh herbs are also popping out out of base camp garden : chives, mint, tarragon and thyme. they always add flavor and decorate our plates.  We are looking forward to see again soon.
